This is a great opportunity to understand how COV19 has changed primary care and public health, and how we can continue to shape things for the better.
A survey has been developed in partnership with the East AHSN that will provide information on opinions and ideas around innovation and support required for the adoption of innovation post-first wave of Covid.
The survey has been road-tested widely with feedback taken into account. The outputs from the survey will be analysed by RAND and will be shared back with the systems and stakeholders in appropriate forums. There is a separate survey which has been designed for patients/ citizens which can be disseminated through networks and Comms within systems.

The survey portal is open until 10 of July after which all the outputs will be collated and analysed.
