The North Chelmsford NHS Healthcare Centre GP Surgery was formed in April 2015.
Facilities available for the disabled include a specially adapted WC, wheelchair access and hearing loop. We have two disabled car parking spaces and other allocated parking for staff and patients attending the surgery. Please do not use these spaces if you go shopping, as you may cause difficulties for other patients trying to attend the surgery.
On 2/1/26, our opening hours changed to 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Fridays in line with other surgeries in the Mid Essex area.
We opened a branch surgery, Beaulieu Healthcare Centre, in November 2025. Opening times of our branch surgery is 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Evening and Saturday appointment are available via our Primary Care Network (PCN). If you require an evening or weekend appointment, please indicate this on your triage form. The appointment may be at one of the PCN other surgeries within the location. Please note that we cannot guarantee an evening or Saturday appointment due to availability.
