Bank Holiday – Monday 6th May 2019 – CLOSED. If you need medical advice or assistance when the surgery is closed, please call NHS 111. If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 999.
The Extended Access Hub will be open on all of the above dates from 8am-2pm. To access an appointment at the Hub, please contact the surgery during opening hours, or call NHS 111 who are able to access appointments should they be available.
