Inviting you for a health check with one of the GPs or Nurse Practitioners
Offering you a free flu vaccination
Referring you for a Carers’ Assessment
Referring you to Action for Family Carers. This is a charity organisation that can provide respite care, mindful walks. stress busting sessions, well-being gatherings, managing emotions effectively, massage, photography plus many more clubs and services.
